Here you can see some pupils of the 11th grade of Altkönigschule in Kronberg/Germany and their paintings or drawings about this year theme: L'ARBRE. While preparing the final artwork, we are trying to make a journey through art's history. Regarding such different works like „Der Baummensch“ by Hieronymus Bosch or „Der graue Baum“ by Mondrian we compare the relationship from human being to nature/trees in former times and nowadays. These works also show some drawings concerning the „Metamorphoses“ (ancient world, Ovid, Meret Oppenheim).
